- The main purpose of this class is to provide both a theoretical and practical understanding of sport facility management. Various topics related to sport facility management such as history, governance and finance structures, and management and operation of sport facility were discussed in the class. - Module 3 Sport History
- This class is a comprehensive history of sports. Students will begin by examining the origin of athletics and the ways that popular sports and rules have changed overtime. Sports, politics, and social issues merge and intertwine in global society. And these trends are not new. The Olympic movement has always been politicized even as politicians and athletes have proclaimed that sport and politics should not mix. Problems with race and gender have revealed themselves in sport, which sometimes has led and sometimes followed on addressing these issues. In this class the students will look at and try to develop a greater understanding of the intersections of sports, politics, and social issues in global history. - The course is focused on sociological concepts, theories, and perspectives to analyze, interpret, and interactional aspects of sport as a social institution. Also, it emphasizes on the fact that sport and society are interrelated in terms of reflecting and resisting socio-cultural arrangements. - [Class] Module 1 Sport Philosophy & Ethics
- The module gave an insight on the basics of sport philosophy and helped students contemplate the meaning of sport ethics, which can be further extended to the concept of fair play. It also helped students strengthen their own perspective on the essence of sport as a starter of the whole course work of Dream Together Master. - Fall 2018 Welcome Dinner
- Dtm Snu 2018 Welcome Dinner on Tuesday, September 4th completed with nice people and fantastic food. The Welcome Dinner was provided for DTM family members who are future sport leaders. 23 students from 22 countries delivered an introductory speech that thanks to the dedicated work of all professors, staffs, and fellow students. It was a great time to enhance social connections and spark friendships with people from diverse cultures. Venue: Hoam Marronnier Hall Date: September 4th 2018

- [Field Trip] Jincheon National Training Center
- Dream Together Master shared Korea National Team's dreams and passions by visiting Jincheon National Training Center, one of the largest and most recent Olympic level sports hub in Korea for the athletes' systematized training for international competitions. It was good to have gained practical and sporting experience of the field. Venue: Jincheon National Training Center In 2005, the KSOC commenced the building of a new 1,041,180 square meter training center in Jincheon, Chungcheongbuk-do. This center is an important aspect in the KSOC's expansion of training facilities. The first stage of construction was from 2005 to 2011, and the second stage is from 2012 to 2017. The new center will have facilities with the capacity of 1150 athletes for 35 sports. Source: KSOC Time: August 24th 2018

- [Field Trip] Maritime Sport Experience
- Especially, this summer in Korea is pretty hot, humid, and sticky. Lucky for us, however, there are plenty of things to do. Dream Together Master 5th batch students visited Goseong, Danghangpo yacht school to learn the theories and applicable skills of maritime sports. The students learned theoretical and practical knowledge of yacht, wind surfing, kayaking and how to continue to sail independently. Date : August 13th-15th, 2018. Venue : Goseung, Danghangpo

- This course addresses basic principles for negotiation and various other theoretical aspects of international negotiation which are essential for sports business and policy making. Negotiation simulation will be conducted in a class, where all students should participate in. - The module provides students with knowledge and understanding of the constituents of effective management of businesses and organisations globally. It examines key management theories and explores their relevance to a range of sport contexts across the world. Case studies and exercises are used to develop understanding of the application of theory to international sport management practice and students will be expected to engage fully.
