Mr. Adam Pengilly’s special Lecture was held on November 17, 2014 at Seoul National University Bldg. 12 Room 401. During the lecture, he addressed that BUPs which is The Basic Universal Principles of Good Governance for the Olympic and Sports Movement should be adapted to evaluate how well international sports federations are governed. Also, the governance theories should be used as a framework to assess how international sports federations are governed.
