Prof. Ben Corbett’s special lecture was held on October 29th, 2015 at Seoul National University Building 152 Seminar Room. With the title “Fostering Innovative Culture in Sport Organisations” Prof. Ben Corbett introduced the concept of innovation in sport. He shared the idea of innovation, entrepreneurship, managing sport organisations, creating a culture within the sport organisation that allows people to develop new ideas. He also said to think outside box, nurturing the culture so not punishing people for taking the risk, and to develop new ideas, and to take it initiative. He gave several examples of the sport technologies and business models to explain our culture what gives rise on a sustainable basis.
