2026 DTM Contest Announcement
The Dream Together Master (DTM) program aims to cultivate sports administrators from partner countries and contribute to the development of their respective nations.
The DTM Office invites DTM alumni to share their achievements, experiences, and project proposals that promote sports development in their countries.
1.Eligibility
- DTM Alumni from the 1st batch to the 12th batch are eligible to participate.
2.Contest Categories
- Participants may submit in one or both of the following categories.
1.Best Practice
Applicants are invited to submit an essay on activities they have conducted to promote sports development by leveraging the knowledge, skills, and networks acquired through the DTM program.
2.Project Proposal
Applicants are invited to submit a concept paper on projects they would like to implement to promote sports development using what they have learned through the DTM program.
** If the Project Proposal is related to the submitted Best Practice, extra points may be given.
3.Suggested Topics
Applicants may choose one or more topics from the examples below or submit other related topics.
Best Practice
Suggested topics include:
- Planning Policy
- Partnerships
- Work Improvement
- Organizational Development
- Community Contribution
- Dissemination & Sustainability
Project Proposal
Suggested topics include:
- Korea–Developing Country Cooperation Model
- Capacity Development Program
- Sustainable Sports Ecosystem
- Others related to improving the applicant’s country’s sports system
4.How to Apply

Submit by Email
Applicants should fill out the form and submit the Best Practice and/or Project Proposal by email to: snugsmalumni@gmail.com
The Best Practice and/or Project Proposal must be written in English.
Email and File Title Format
The email title and attached document title should follow the format below:
[Nationality] – [Last name, First name]
Example: [Korean] – [Hong, Gildong]
5.Submission Period
Submission Deadline: August 23, 2026, 23:59 (KST)
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

7.Important Notice
Best Practice and/or Project Proposal must be written in English and submitted by email to snugsmalumni@gmail.com.
Re-submission of Best Practice and/or Project Proposal that has already been submitted to the previous DTMA Contest is not permitted.
Best Practice must be original, based on a true story, and unpublished/unsubmitted to other contests. Otherwise, participation or awards may be canceled, and other sanctions may apply.
Each applicant is responsible for any legal issues arising from his or her submitted papers.
Copyrights of the submitted Best Practice and/or Project Proposal will be assigned to SNU DTM.
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Long-listed candidates will receive one round of review feedback to revise their Best Practice and/or Project Proposal. After the review and resubmission process, short-listed candidates will be selected.
Final candidates are required to join a short online interview with committee members via Skype or Zoom for the final screening.
Announcements during each selection process will be made individually. The final winners will be announced through the DTM official website and official social media accounts.
The winner of the contest may be asked to deliver a speech at Dream Together Seoul Forum 2026, scheduled to be held on October 14. Further information will be notified individually after the winner announcement.
