9th Batch Jargal Sukhbaatar from Mongolia commits to his duties as a FIFA Match Commissioner during his studies in DTM.
He recently worked as a FIFA Match Commissioner for Vietnam vs China PR in Hanoi, Vietnam, this past February and again at the Republic of Korea vs Syria in Ansan, Korea, last October.
The duty of a Match Commissioner is to represent FIFA and AFC as the highest-ranking official and manage all match-related activities that are divided into prematch, match day, and postmatch activities. They also have to cooperate with the local football association from the particular hosting country and closely manage the match according to the FIFA regulations.
Jargal has been an Asian Football Federation Match Commissioner from 2013 and FIFA Match Commissioner from 2015 while being part of the Mongolian Football Federation.
